We spoke to a number of new companies, reiterating our role within Wolseley and the value of their support. Being able to show them ProFile and their statuses, whether they were in progress, submitted, passed or even failed was incredibly valuable. Managing directors and technical quality managers were able to instantly understand our interface, which made it clear what was needed and how they were progressing.
This transparency is integral to Track Record Global’s service, for suppliers and for Wolseley. It was gratifying to see this appreciated and to be able to demonstrate the need for our presence within the industry.
During the return train journey I realised that in one short visit we had accomplished something, we had demonstrated that, with Track Record Global, product compliance needn’t be difficult, that our service would make this more straightforward and easy process for all.
